In our Time Based Type class of my Winter 2020 quarter, we were tasked by Professor Duff to turn a book into a title sequence. I chose one of my personal favorites called Magic Bites. Magic Bites tells the story of Kate Daniels, a mercenary who lives in magic torn Atlanta where shapeshifters, necromancers, mages, and monsters roam and make their home. In this book, we learn that her close family friend Greg, a Knight of the Order, has died and this left her without trustworthy contacts. We follow Kate as she tries to solve the case of his murder only to find out the issue is much bigger than she ever thought it could be.
